The working mechanism is created in four stages
Planning Stage
- Determine the owner's actual goals for the project
- Development of the initial project idea
- Establish the estimated budget for the project and the financing mechanism
- Study of financial indicators
- Study the possibility of implementing the project according to the capabilities available in the labor market and risk management
Implementation Phase
- Proofreading executive maps and preparing the executive budget and cash flow
- Determine timetables to coordinate and supervise contractor activity
- And subcontractors by applying the quality system
- Approving the disbursement mechanism for the project with the owner according to the approved cash flow
- Receiving the initially completed work and preparing lists of notes
Pre-implementation Stage
- Study the project segmentation and qualify the implementing companies and subcontractors
- Studying and analyzing offers, preparing tables, and studying the award
- Choosing the best contractor, suppliers and companies for implementation
- Projects and signing contracts
Project Completion Stage
- Receipt of the final completed work along with warranty and operation documents
- Receive all required documents and booklets
- Preparing final accounts for subcontractors and suppliers
- Receiving the final operational plans and conducting operational tests
- Final receipt of the project, delivery of the project, and signing of contracts
